After a few trial and errors we designed these brackets that would be welded to the frame for our Motor Mounts.

we would order up a plastic block which was

a lot easier to mock up than the cast iron one we had.

We will be using a empty trans case for the mock up so we had to re work the trans mount also

We boxed the hole and matched it to the other side..

The hole repaired and the raw metal painted to protect it form the weather.

After I painted the repair I wondered what the grill would like like if I painted that it and ruffed it out.

It was going to be a tight fit to get headers in-between the steering box and  engine block. so we orders some semi custom 4" headers from Sampson.

Another thing we would have to confront was to make sure that the balancer and pulleys would clear the front cross member.

So we notched and box in the front cross member,

We figured as long as we were at it we might as well fix up the front floor too.

So we got a bead roller to help us get the job done If you want to save $ 100.00 you can buy the kit. You'll have to weld it together like Jack did to ours.
